About me:
I'm a graphic artist and a painter. I love food and cooking, and do the task with love. Both my parents loved to cook, and so did my brothers. Being the only girl, I was tasked to do the dishes. So the whole time my cooking was most of the time "theoretical". I did not even dare step in the kitchen for the fear of criticism.

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer

Reviewed on Dec. 16, 2007 by fe ching
For a sweet version of this appetizer, try this twist. Instead of using dill weed, add 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract to the cream cheese. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar using a sifter. A word of warning, make two batches. One won't be enough!
