Pork Chops with Herbed Gravy

Reviewed on Aug. 30, 2008 by CANELSON
This was a very easy recipe and nice flavor...a good family favorite recipe. I doubled the recipe, added a whole chopped onion. The gravy was soupy, even after I uncovered and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes, maybe it was the moister from the onions. Next time I will adjust the amount of flour mixture and save a little more. I will definately make this again.

Lemon Icebox Pie III

Reviewed on Aug. 24, 2008 by CANELSON
Fab-u-lous! My lemons were small so I zested 2 (1 loose tsp) and juiced 3 (1/2 c). I did add 1/2 tsp vanilla (had to, ;^) couldn't believe such an easy recipe would taste so good). Pie was 5 stars just plain, but then we put real whipped cream and about a heaping tbls of sugared strawberries on top and it was even better!

Oaxacan Tacos

Reviewed on Aug. 13, 2008 by CANELSON
Excellent and Easy! Very refreshing blend of flavors. I followed several of the review suggestions 1)Added a little dry fajita seasoning to steak, will add again. 2) Also liked mixing the onions, jalapeños, cilantro and a little lime into a relish. Then added extra lime when assembled. 3) Heated the corn tortillas in foil in a 350º oven for 10 mins to lower the calories. Tasted fine, but tortillas fell apart.
