Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Reviewed on Sep. 1, 2008 by Jackie C
This was great. When I first mentioned chicken pizza to my husband his instant response was "I don't like chicken pizza" then I told him the ingredients and he agreed to try it. He likes to cook as well and ended up making this almost all himself. We cooked the chicken on the grill and only used two breasts because ours were pretty large. Once they cooled a little we sliced they into about 1/4" strips and then mixed them with the hot sauce which we actually used a wing sauce from our favorite wing restuarant, Quaker Steak and Lube. The crust we bought was one that came in a tube in your refrigerator section. This made bake time a little longer, but I think it was better than prebaked crust...and we like it a bit thinner. We also added some blue cheese crumbles before the blue cheese dressing because we like blue cheese. We can't wait to make this again.

These weren't bad, but just ok. I followed the recipe exactly and my husband and I liked the flavor of the sauce. He wants to try it on chicken. We both like toufu, but probably won't be maknig these again.

Easy Quiche

Reviewed on Aug. 30, 2008 by Jackie C
I made this today for brunch for my husband and me, it was great. The only alteration I made was substituting spinach for the broccoli. I don't like broccoli, but my husband does so I'll have to try it with the broccoli for him sometime. We both agreed that next time mushrooms should be added. Thanks for sharing.
