Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was awesome. I followed the recipe exactly as stated and it turned out great. The roast seemed to get even more tender as it sat in the fridge for leftovers. I can't wait to make this again.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

I'll give this four stars because the frosting was really easy to work with...nice and smooth. I did as others suggested though and only used 2 cups of confectioners sugar. Of course, I tend to be averse to super-sweet stuff.

Brownie Mallow Bars

Oh so yummy!! FYI: Make sure you let the marshmallow and brownie cool before spreading on the chocolate mixture. I didn't and ended up with a gooey mess. Still a delicious, rich dessert. I would think it'd be even better warm.
