Shrimp Verde

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by smitten4u
I thought the taste was rather bland. The next time I made this dish, I tweaked it with some veggies, green, red and yellow or orange, cut in strips, and added 2 lbs of asparagus. It was super delicious, my significant other loved it!

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes

Reviewed on Nov. 7, 2008 by smitten4u
I love this recipe, however, sometimes I get bored with so few ingredients, I add some green, red and yellow or orange peppers for color and taste. A quarter head of red cabbage is also very tasty. Other times I add no meat at all and just veggie out with the cabbage and lots of veggies that correspond with cabbage. Explore your options. If you need water, use chicken broth instead. I use a little EVOO and "fry" my mix.

Zucchini Bread IV

Reviewed on Oct. 4, 2008 by anmlnrs
Started with the basic recipe and added a banana (only had one on hand) and 1/2 cup semisweet choc chips. Very moist, and great flavor. Added the streusel topping as others suggested. Will be making this again.
