Sweet Potato Casserole II

I myself truly loved this recipe for thanksgiving this year. My oldest son loved it. Not sure about other members of the family. I have one son who is Autistic and is very picky regarding food and texture. I found myself eating it as a dessert it one point. I did find though that the marshmallows on top were a bit chewy if not warmed up again.

Cranberry Sauce I

Simple and very flavorful! I had never made sauce from scratch before and it turned out wonderful. I will definitely make again.

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Chicken Pot Pie

This has been a hit every time I make it! No substitutes are necessary unless you want to make it low fat. Otherwise use the low fat Bisquick mix and low sodium soup.
