About me:
I recently became a bachelor after 13 years, and unfortunately I am fitting many of the stereotypes. I consider opening a can and heating the contents in a pot to be cooking, but I'm trying to do better.

Lighter Banana Muffins

Reviewed on Nov. 14, 2008 by FERNIF
I liked the recommendations from Flooeyblue, so I followed her additions/ modifications to the recipe. I really like these! I was trying to find some breakfast receipes for my banana-loving 16 month old and these are perfect. I give four stars because of all of the changes to the recipe, but I since I am not an adventurous baker/ cook, I love seeing how others modify recipes.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed on Sep. 29, 2008 by mykidsdontlikenada
This is a great recipe! Even my boyfriend who's italian, said that they tasted just like grandmas. The only thing that I would change is the mixture made WAY too much. Id cut the parm and crackers in half and for some reason, it took my chops 1.5 hrs to cook, not 30-40 minutes.

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Reviewed on Sep. 27, 2008 by mykidsdontlikenada
I followed the recipe exactly and we all loved it! Even the kids were wanting 2nds! I was hesitant because I dont like the taste of wine but the brown sugar toned it down. Very yummy!
