The dough for this rolls are made using a bread maker. No more kneading! These rolls taste fantastic, best I've ever had. Bread improver is easy to find in some countries, but if it is not available, you may leave it out.

Green Chutney

This is a very tasty chutney and prepared in moments in the blender. Lemon juice, cilantro, green chili, peanuts, and ginger. That 's it.  

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

You don't have to use powdered mix to make your own falafel! Mashed chickpeas are combined with onion, bread crumbs, egg and herbs, and fried. Serve with the cucumber sauce in a pita with tomatoes.
